Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the LEVELiU Jobs pre-launch waitlist, beta onboarding, and promotional programs hosted at jobs.leveliu.com. By submitting your registration, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility and Account Reservation

To register for the LEVELiU Jobs waitlist, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. Registrants representing corporate entities must have the authority to act on behalf of the company identified in the registration form.

2. Email Verification Requirement

Submission of a waitlist form creates a provisional reservation. To confirm your waitlist position and secure any applicable promotion, you must verify your email address by clicking the verification link transmitted to your designated inbox within 48 hours. Unverified entries may be purged periodically to maintain queue integrity.

3. Founding 100 Employer Program

The Founding 100 Program is subject to the following express conditions:

  • Restricted to the first one hundred (100) unique verified employer organizations.
  • Recipients are entitled to post up to three (3) verified job vacancies without platform fee during the platform's initial launch period.
  • Benefits are non-transferable, possess no cash surrender value, and cannot be bartered or exchanged.
  • Registrations utilizing disposable or fraudulent email domains will be disqualified.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, algorithmic designs, software architectures, user interface elements, and brand assets associated with LEVELiU Jobs are the exclusive intellectual property of LEVELiU and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The pre-launch waitlist and preview features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, LEVELiU Jobs makes no warranties regarding launch dates, candidate volumes, or platform uptime during pre-launch iterations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEVELiU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
