  • For Employers: Authorized Contact Email, Registered Company Name, Language preferences, and verification timestamp.
  • Technical & Log Data: IP address, browser type, referral URLs, and timestamp headers utilized strictly for automated fraud detection, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • Dispatching double opt-in email verification links to authenticate your waitlist entry.
  • Maintaining deterministic FIFO queue position and tracking entitlement to founding program incentives (such as the Founding 100 Employer package).
  • Sending scheduled cohort notifications when platform beta access opens for your role.
  • Preventing automated bot spam, disposable email abuse, and unauthorized system access.
